Allen outplayed us. It's that simple. We played flat and couldn't get things going.

I don't like ties. I have never liked ties, because it always leaves a little bit of a sour taste in your mouth.

He's very solid in goal, but his knowledge of the game and ability to read makes him very valuable in the field. His foot skills are extremely good.

In our district (8-5A) there are no ties. It's a win or a loss. Everyone should be doing the same thing as far as shootouts across the board.

Once they scored, I was concerned with how we would react. We never quit, even in the last couple of minutes. I couldn't be more proud of the boys. I felt the first team to score would have an advantage. The other team was going to have to dig in deep.

The thing I'd like for us to work on is getting better quality shots. I'd rather us get fewer shots that go in than to take more shots that don't. I'd rather have quality than quantity.

It was the tale of two halves, but we managed to get the job done. We played better in the first half, but were able to squander their scoring chances as well.

Every team needs one. It may come down to who does and who doesn't get one. You want to start hot in this district. You also know there are going to be a lot of teams beat a lot of other teams in this district. The talent level in this district is pretty impressive.

We missed the playoffs. Ideally, each match is a stepping stone to the next one.

We've had so many players contribute. That is what has been so nice this year.
